- A jewellery piece may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Either cash back or a Diamond and Dragonfly voucher for the amount, after inspection whether the piece is returned in same condition as when bought.
- No direct sale for a person under the age of 18 years.
- No return for a custom made design, specifically for a client’s preferences.
- If not satisfied with a custom made jewellery piece, the design will be reprinted and manufactured again, after an inspection again and finding it reasonable do so. Satisfaction is our goal.
- Always remember that every piece manufactured and repairs take time. To avoid disappointment, talk to us about that timeline for a special occasion.
- After accepting the quote estimate, make sure you attend to the CAD design, should you want some minor changes before the manufacturing start.
- Diamond and Dragonflies uses a reliable courier service and a client’s jewellery is our responsibility till a client receive his or her jewellery.
- We do not take responsibility for a client’s own diamond or “stone” not sold by us. If heavily flawed we will discuss the risks to work with your “stone”.
- All rings which are already in stock, can be sized. If stock rings have to be sized, it will be at cost, which will be added to purchase price.
